    Beef cooked with onions, enchilada sauce (I used the canned stuff), cheese. Wrap that up in fresh uncooked corn tortillas top with more sauce and cheese and bake.

    If you want semi hard wired, then just get an add a circuit and wire a cigarette lighter socket to it. Then just tuck it up under the dash. Easily reversed and looks clean. I did that, then ran the wire up the pillar. Mine is top of the windshield in the corner.

    I have a Tom Tom with lifetime map updates. Lifetime maps are a huge bonus.
