Try Darn Tough socks one of these days, bud. They've been replacing my Smartwool's as they wear out.

    Forgot about that.

DTs are made in Vermont, 100% merino, lifetime warranty - dog eats them, you wear a hole in the heel, whatever, send them a remnant of the socks and the original packaging (small, flat piece of cardboard) and they send you a new pair for free.

We spend that money on our trucks, why not on ourselves for protection form the elements and comfort?
Mine are actually in a Dark Blue with the Black stitching. To each their own though.
Nice. Acr'Teryx is like that too. Part of the reasons I invested in their gear. I destroy things all the time and am rough on things. They have already replaced multiple jackets and gear.

I actually don't put a lot of money into mine. I don't really have any mods right now. I can't afford that just yet. :D I'm seriously not trying to knock anyone for how expensive their clothes are, I just couldn't justify buying myself expensive clothes.

I've only owned one of their pieces, but it was great. I'm surprised they still do replacements, figured that'd die off also since they no longer make hardly anything in Canada anymore.

Difference is, Mine start out clean with no holes. I end up with the damage from working on vehicles, cutting wood, hiking, hunting, and actually using them. I'm a tall lanky individual. I like the lines of this specific cut of jeans since they break up my lines nicely.

I use these till the wife rips them out of my grasp and tosses them. That only happens when my ass and crotch are ripped out. Each pair lasts me a few years and my size and length in jeans is not the easiest to track down. All in all, I like them.
