    That sucks. When I moved into my house last summer, all the guys that live around me introduced themselves to me. Then said whatever tools you need they had it and I could use it. It always takes me way too long to get my grass cut because usually one of my neighbors are out and I end up B.S.ing with them for a while. I couldn't imagine living in a neighborhood where you don't know and talk to your neighbors.
