    I started eating it when I was in college, once I realized how bad ramen and mac & cheese were for me and I got sick of tuna fish & PB&J's. I practically lived off of Bean & Rice burritos and PB&J sandwiches for a couple of years. Then once I wasn't flat broke anymore I never really kicked the habit. We still eat them about once a week, haha! But now they usually include avocado, lettuce, and peppers instead of the basic poverty fillings.
