    I never have.. just grilled it. Hard to shell out 10 bucks a pound when I can get B-I ribeye steaks for 9 bucks a lb. but I do like them

    I can't get the good ones, only prepackaged skirt steaks. I miss the days of pulling the membrane off the true skirt. Alot of work but OMG they were the best!
    I want my ribeyes to run off the plate when i stab them with a fork :drool:

    Almost dried in with the shop. Gonna put in the windows and doors here soon (should have picked them up already). Frame in The gables tomorrow, finish nailing off the house wrap, maybe pick up the garage door, and call for inspection. Good weekend so far.
