its just easy at work, there are just 4 or 5 of us, one guy buys bread, another bologna, another cheese and so on and so forth, an we get basically wrap most of our work up by 11-11:30 so I fire the hot plate up and throw it in a cast iron skillet. its nice this time of year cuz we almost always have fresh tomatos and I brought a dozen eggs this morning too.
