    And sodium.
    1 3oz can has about 1500mg of sodium, and the daily dose is 2300mg or less. Add some salt on top of that and you've hit your limit. :notsure:

    yeah I made this once and pre-salted my eggs before I tossed them in and that was a mistake. No worries tho, I'm having chorizo and eggs for supper:thumbsup:
