    I would second this. My wife got me into going to the Estate sales. I've picked up a lot of tools for dirt cheap. I picked up 12" forest woodworker miter saw blade for $25. It was brand new with the coating still covering the teeth. They sell for $150+. If you want hand tools and such, they are typically in a box marked $1 each.

    The problem around here is guys show up early (like before it's supposed to open) and like locusts decimate the stock of tools. When I drop in and ask if they have any tools I'm usually told something like "we did but those went at 6am this morning". I was at one place, digging through a shoe box of wrenches and other tools when a dude sidled up next to me and started pawing through the same box. While I had my hands in it. It was bizzare.

    Please tell us that you are not using the premix thinset on floor tiles. That stuff is glue and not cement. You will be popping tiles because it compresses. I wish they wouldn't label it as thinset because it's not. The only place you should use that stuff is in non-wet decorative applications like a back splash away from a sink. I wouldn't even use it for that. I also hope that's a cement floor even though you should use Ditra or cement board first. Please use Versabond, or even better Flexbond.
