    This one is easy. There are some jambs that go on the walls, then the side panels screw to them. You use the assembled frame as a template to mount the jambs. The door pops in at the end. It's a kohler enclosure.

    I think these are only easy because they have a full frame. The frameless ones are not easy. I picked this up for $150 so I'm not complaining. Listing my house for sale next week anyway.
