Those machines beeps haunt me in my sleep. Picking up dialysis patients to haul to ER when I'm rolling the box and hearing those beeps and alarms make me twitch o_O

The constant alarms are definitely annoying.

I try to nap but there is a new patient here that is out of his mind with dimensia and is screaming. Feel bad for the guy because his family just dumped him into a home and the home gets them on dialysis if they are rowdy so they can be rid of them for half the day. Dudes in a bad place in his life and the folks that are supposed to be his advocates don't give a shit. #mayihaveakidneytransplantplease

Yea that's unfortunate. I can remember one of our regulars many years ago would get dropped off at dialysis by family, and he too had dementia. The lunch they would leave him was a whole onion, and I'm not kidding. He would eat that onion like an apple. The center called us regularly to take him to the ER for altered mental status, which was due to his sugar being too low secondary to the family not feeding him a real lunch and giving him his insulin right before dialysis. I always felt so bad for that guy.

Finally got around to attaching these two. Might have really only needed three or four bolts.
