They offered multiple times but I declined as I agreed to not “engage in dangerous activities” with the transplant team. I could probably do it and they’d never find out but since they are going to give my life back I’m willing to follow the rules no matter how frustrating it felt while watching them.

I completely understand. How are things going with post op?
So how do you like it? I heard that they were much slower than they look. I still like the way I fit into the seat though :anonymous:

Absolutely love it. They are slow but fast

They are slow off the line in a straight line... 0-60 in 6.3 (For reference, a ford raptor does that in 5.5), but they are lighting on curves. It corners like it's on rails and I've got the prius tires it comes with on. I've heard that the best mod you can do for them is nice tires so I'm excited for these to wear out.

I've been trying to take it up in the canyons around my area every weekend. It's pretty fun. I wish I had the manual, but with the 2 hours of LA traffic each way to and from work, I'd be miserable. The paddles make it fun to drive the auto though.

I'm trying not to do too much to it until it's paid off, but I definitely see a supercharger in it's future to amp up the torque. Stock is only 151 lbs and 200 HP.

No, they say 3 - 5 years for average but I’m O+ so the wait tends to be longer. I’ve been on the list for a year now already. All I can do is try to live healthy and keep losing weight. I think I’ve lost around 30lbs since the last time we saw each other.

I have tail lights on the way, probably will do CAI. Maybe a tune. Then hold off until tires burn up and do wheels/tires at the same time.

Just keep staying healthy. That's all you can do. When is the next time you coming this way?

Getting pretty deep into this house remodel so the budget is quite thin and will stay that way until we can sell the house that we are in at the moment. Might not even go to Texas for thanksgiving. Hopefully will be able to make it to Jambo.
