Both Eibach coils broke. Just noticed when I was rotating my tires and replacing the rear shocks. It was an expensive week.

 

Did you get the same replacements?

 

Spent the day there it was very interesting, I was glad I was free to leave at the end of the day.

Water will be 57-59. Kinda brrr but you get used to it. Day of race is chosen around the tides. Race starts at 0850, soft incoming tide peaks at 0910. Ill be out by 0930. Outgoing actually helps you get in Aquatic Park at the end, provided you don't overshoot it

 

They were a good 5-6 years old, so no warranty. The lower bolts on the front 5100's were seized so bad we had to torch them off. Replaced with new 5100's and basically the same coils, but rather than the Eibach went with Wheelers'. Also put 5125's in the rear to go with my rusty old Dakar leaf springs. New shocks all around, and man, its like a dream. The old ones were clearly shot.
