    I bet that was frustrating. Stuff happens. I've had 4 orders (two through TW PM and two through their website) in 2018 and have had zero problems. I did not get instructions for their manufactured items either. However, I ordered a ubolt flip and some bump stops. Installation is pretty self explanatory.
