    Shred and dry the potatoes, drying is key. Sauté peppers and onions, add potatoes. If done right the hash browns should flip like a pancake. Then add the egg.

    We get them in ours, but we have a good environment for them. They need to be on south side and free of bugs. If hung too late hornets and wasps take up residence and then the house is trash as bats don’t seem to want to go back in no matter how well you clean them. Gotta hang them early enough that your scent dissipates early enough for them to take interest.

    New one is teak so excited to hopefully get a few good years out of it.
