    The house is 1940's vintage , no footings , no dampproofing to speak of , clay weeper at bottom of wall with no drain rock , in clay soil thats puking out water everywhere (note the uphill pre-dig moat we had to do to be able to dig against the house) , at the bottom of about a 15' grade towards the house

    We're making the basement living space
