Bad news: my hunch that they were filthy grubs was right on the money. Dog crap and urine in every room, hundreds of empty soda bottles everywhere and a huge collection of trash bags filled with rotting garbage.

sadly thats not too uncommon....Ive known lots of people that are fine living like that...how I dont know. might be easier to rent a dumpster and dump everything in there.

 

Serv-pro - and industrial and disaster cleaning service - is already booked to turn up later this week. I’ll have that added rock the judgement. Thankfully no holes in walls and only one door and frame destroyed.

These people are disgusting and act like they live in a third world country. My wife was dealing with them so I just got involved last month and the guy tells me he’s a disabled vet, I put that to the test with FOIA request for his DD-214 and found out he was lying and that he was drummed our from a command that I have friends at, two calls netted me the truth about his drug addiction and pathological lies.

I’ll likely never get money from them but I have no problem making sure everyone in the county knows they are squatting turds. Have already interrupted two of their attempted scams on others to squat their homes.

As soon as it’s cleaned up and aired out it’s going up for sale.

 

My wife put them in after listening to their bullshit story. Didn’t sign a contract, get deposits, or do any background checks. After a few months of them not paying she finally admitted to me that she had rented it out but that they hadn’t paid. They had been stringing her along with all sorts of bullshit and once I took over I made it clear that I planned to fuck them over ten times harder than they did to us if they didn’t pay. They didn’t believe me and that’s the biggest mistake they made. Every person and company that owns rental properties in that county know the truth about them and are refusing their requests.

 

I dont blame you a bit...I know some people like that near me. Earlier in the year a friend called and asked if I knew this guy that was applying to rent my friends rental home, telling them some sob story also. I didnt even hesitate and said I wouldnt rent shit to him. And Im a fairly easy person to get along with. The guy that was wanting to rent was just like you described---dog shit everywhere, trash everywhere, got kicked out of a home they shouldnt even have been living in. Finally the bank condemned the house and sheriff evicted them after they found 3 dogs in the house one of which was dead, these people are supposed rescuer of dogs/animal lovers. POS squatters.
