    I usually melt butter and ad a little worcheshire amd garlic powder and brown sugar, but since the meat massage is a brown sugar base I was gonna substitute that for BS and GP... I wound up adding about 1 tsp of brown sugar in addition to really play the the sweet/candied side of the bacon. I've had 4 and I'm going back for more
