I kind of got it good. My grill lives in the garage year around. Never an issue with wind, temperature or running out of gas. I hooked my grill to the house natural gas system so I never worry about running out of propane.

Please, no arguments about using charcoal or wood. NG grills in the garage is just handy.

I think the texture is more notable than the flavor.

Maybe a sunflour seed taste or mild almond? It's really very unique, but not strong. They have a woodsy smell, but not a wet leaf strong smell.
