    Pork butt bites to make " pan con chicharron"

    Chicharron Ingredients:
    Pork butt or any part of the pork deep fried - preferably crunchy and set aside

    Edit: you can marinade the pork over night with a blend of garlic, Peruvian peppers (Aji Amarillo), salt, pepper, lil vinegar, soy sauce, and sazon.

    Slice sweet potatoes and fried - set aside

    To make the onion slaw or salsa

    Thinly slice red onions with hot peppers or any other pepper you would like. Add a little vinegar, lime, salt pepper and presto.

    Slicing your pork makes for easier chomping :D

    Add pork slices to your bread ( French is better) then add some slices of sweet potato, some salsa.. add hot sauce or whatever and you're good to go. Peruvian chicharron sandwiches.
