    Oh they're nice to own and drive, and they don't break often (not Jeep-often), and the diesel is badass.

    I have a good buddy whose wife drives a Passat. Timing belt went out @ 103,000mi ....3500 to buy the parts wholesale and do the repairs himself :eek:
