    What finish do you have on your garage floor? That looks good. My last house had garage floor paint. I had to re-paint every 2 years to keep it looking good, I like the way yours looks.

    Stick a can under there overnight to measure seepage over time. Most seals seep a little bit, but if it's more than a drop or two per day, you're gonna want to look at replacing the seal.
