    I don't know what all has taken place in your conversation, but there is a difference with "skinny" jeans and regular jeans for girls, yes all are skinny, but there is a style that is "skinny". If the girl is hot (which is seldom the case) they can work the "skinny" jeans, but overall they look ridiculous.
