    Boil them untill the meat falls off the bone. Mix with Perch and other fish, roll in egg/beer mix, then into a baggie of crushed Ritz, corn meal, salt, pepper, garlic, then fry in 1/4" of oil till crisp. Yup, tastes like extra crispy Kentucky Fried Chicken, no lie!
