    just wondering my friend on a fishing forum said he got his truck new and then he sent me a pic of the skid plate removed and i see that and im thinking if he didnt put it on someone must have lifted that truck ...but it haz stock susp. on it ...

    I would take a look at the mounting points and look for clues that it was against the frame at some point. Marks on the frame/mounts that look like they were together since they appear wider than those spacers. Suppose it is possible that is the stock setup though, but seems odd.
