Thanks, but when the damn thing flexed it broke the tabs for both headlights and the grill. So now I need to get 2 new headlights and BHLM them again, or see if I can glue the tabs back together.

That's my thought too. No way in hell I'm putting $1900+ into replacing the bullshit plastic front end. Deer hit the bottom of the bumper, nowhere near the headlights. No fucking reason 1, let alone BOTH, should need too be replaced. I'm not having that happen again.

My problem now is finding the best price on a steel bumper, and get it here in the next couple of weeks. I need to pass inspection next in a month or so.

 

I don't have any of my lower tabs and my lights are fine (also front impact). They do a little dancing when I in the trails going fast but thats it. I also have the aluminum front bumper and other misc stuff. If you want it they are yours, but I'm in south Jersey.

 

you cans probably find an ARB on a shelf ready to ship

 

My ARB was 749 at PORC a little over a year ago. Usually they run in the 850 range. I shipped in less than a week!

So far Relentless Fab is the cheapest, and, if I understand his shipping policies, free shipping to a Fastenal a couple miles from work. Every place else is $150-$350 EXTRA for shipping!!

 

Thanks! I'll keep it in mind. Have to see what the insurance guy comes back with. Waiting on Relentless Fab's reply on turn around time, and I hit up a friend that works at a metal fab place in town to see if he could come up with something for me.
