Is that to code? I'm pretty sure the dishwasher needs to connect before the P trap. Otherwise, sewer gases can come back into the dishwasher. Also, the dishwasher drain hose should form a loop under the sink. For the same reason (sewer spooge).

I'm not so sure about the sink connections. I've only ever seen one side hit the P trap and the other T into that.

to be honest i dont really know. Its been like this for the last year with no issues or smell. i just replaced it all to exactly like it was before i broke it

You probably want to fix that. For realz. Your dishwasher might have a loop inside of it but that's not enough to keep the sewer gases out of the dishsmasher. Depending on the model of dishwasher (more like it's age), you might also need to install an air gap.

I'm going to market it under the name VAG sand.

My truck must have 30# of sand all over it and in it today. As soon as I got myself out a couple heeps showed up and we wheeled until past dark. the snatch straps came out quite often once I was able to pick even shittier lines on the possibility of making it. My buddy who has a shop just got a XJ for $500 from a customer and was beating the living crap out of it. I never laughed so hard. I had tears. Looked like a demolition derby but it was XJ vs mother nature. Some how XJ won.
