    Hey now....that's Camden, NJ....you don't stray off the highway at 9:30pm unless your a junkie looking for a fix.

    this... had to block the lanes so they could do sub par concrete repairs that now make it worse then before. you need offroad suspension just to drive in this crap hole of a state. at least we only spend 20 million per mile of highway to do it.....highest figure per mile in the country for road care :facepalm:
