    I bought a fancy wine bottle opener and it broke so I returned it because they have a lifetime replacement policy. Well...4 months later and numerous phone calls I finally get a package in the mail. It was a measuring spoon (identical to one I had purchased at the same time as the opener). Several more phone calls later and they wouldn't send me another wine opener, said they had no record of receiving anything from me. Obviously they had received something otherwise how would you explain them sending me a spoon...cost of wine opener about $30, cost of spoon $3 :mad:

    They're all over Cali, but finding a good deal is the hard part. I gave $900 for this one and could have driven it home. A few TLC items and it'll be ready for DD and play.
