    Yep, scuff with fine grit sand paper on an orbital sanders, VERY LIGHT and paint with a marine grade bottom paint, the directions are on the cans. Super simple. Spraying is best, you get a super smooth finish, but you can roll it if you cant spray it just not the BEST way to do it.
