Awesome, good for you folks! Nothing like having your own house IMHO. (No offense intended to apartment dwellers or adults having to live at home due to unforeseen events.)

 

I calculated 170+/month since I joined and that's taking into account a few months of less than 10 posts. Alot of it was just responding to bs, sarcasm, memes and just being part of the community.

 

If you average 12 posts a day, you’ll make the limit, just remember @Sandman614 ’s guidance

 

Excited for another year. Guess I have a few more posts to make in the next month.

 

Or you could say good morning to 50 people a day in their build thread to get you to 50k

 

I am in the same boat, I am working on that though.

Oh definitely! Our biggest issue was being on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building. So we had tap-dancing bigfoot upstairs and an amateur rapper downstairs. Now we have 3/4 acre on a cul de sac and the only ruckus at night is getting drunk in the neighbor's pool.

That'll be a significant undertaking. The variations I've seen in the MD Tacoma thread alone are, let's say, as numerous as they are creative.
