Every day is a gift. That's why it's called the present.

Also one of you lucky dogs should be expecting a present :D

And now to start wrapping. Thinking it’s all gonna go in one box. So hopefully the fire gods play nice and I can get the big project done.

It’s only December 4th and more than one participant has made it onto the ignored list for the elves. This is not a good sign.

Some of you just post incessantly and I believe you’re trying to be funny. But it’s not funny, it’s annoying. Posting every day that you haven’t received anything is rude. Your SS has plenty of time to still send a gift. Be patient. And less annoying.

We need you guys to be more independent. Don’t message us because your person should’ve received their gift yesterday and they haven’t acknowledged it. Make a new friend through the SS thread and have them help you out by reaching out to your person.

As elves, we handle the paperwork, hand out top secret info, and deal with bad Santas. We aren’t here to message every person asking them to post up. Again, please make a friend if you’re concerned for a porch item’s safety.

Quite honestly I panicked, I've saved almost every Amazon box for the last 2 weeks because of this, last year I almost had to go buy a box just to get things sent. And it's still gonna be tight. Note to self... pick smaller wood (Ha. not what she said)
I also was slightly panicked until you posted, I thought I was super far behind with everyone posting that they've received or it was delivered. SMH. Peeps need to take a chill pill.

I would be very much appreciative of this

I'm slow at searching and reading, so I just started ordering/sending gifts today. To my TW SS Victim, apologies if you've been waiting but your stuff is on the way! Enjoy what you've asked for...and what you didn't ask for

This box is far too small. That box is an inch too small. This other box is far too large. That other box can fit a small human in it. Might have to cut down a larger box to become a smaller box. It’ll probably be sent via UPS because fedex and USPS haven’t been spectacular lately.

Just take the Amazon approach.. 2 flat air packs and a 3x oversize box.

In Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait, I got really good at essentially just building my own box. As all ugly people know, it’s what’s inside that counts.:rofl:

I spoke too soon. Today’s plan was to wrap, partial box and seal the main item so I could ship tomorrow. 12:10 am sent us to a dwelling, 5 am I finally saw my bed. Got rocked pretty good while inside... so recovering from a slight concussion(breaking rules and posting before going screen silent for a few hours). To my Giftee, please be patient. It is coming I promise...
