    All of this. Especially #3. The years I helped with it we didn't have too many not send gifts but moreso the ones that completely disappeared w/o confirming receipt. I emailed, facebook/IG messaged, and TW messaged a dude out the wazoo. He was also in the Navy and had a non-TW friend who was at his unit ask him to post up and still...crickets.
