TW Steam Group and Discord Server!

I hate steam. If you're not the proprietor to the group you cant't see what others are playing.

Unless I missed something, can you view group players on your friends list?

This is crap still.

 

Far as I know, Everyone one of my friends on my list shows up. Whether they are "snooze" or playing whatever game.
Its odd though, sometimes I can join on them and other times I cant.

 

any group i've been part of you can go to it and see who is online and what they are playing. If it's a multiplayer game you can join with a click.

Currently upgraded my PC and got a Ryzen 1800x with 32gb of G.Skill Flare X Series Ram with a Corsair HXi1200W Power supply and a 500gb Samsung EVO SSD. Currently running 2 Windforce R9 290X's in crossfire from my old pc. Possibly going to be selling them both for $500 this weekend to a guy and can't decide on weather to buy a GTX 1080 Ti or a Vega 64 Card. I have a Samsung UE590 AMD Freesync 4k monitor also. Just don't see paying for a Vega 64 like $750 when you can get a ASUS ROG 1080Ti for a little less and it out performs it. Currently my R9 290x's run BF1 at 2560 x 1440 at about 50-60 fps on ultra.

Just trying to get some insite from you guys!

I'd get a 1080Ti over the Vega personally. It's not worth the extra cost in my eyes.

Now which 1080 Ti? Was thinking the ASUS ROG GeForce GTX 1080 Ti DirectX 12 STRIX-GTX1080TI-11G-GAMING 11GB 352-Bit GDDR5X

 

I run 2x evga 1080s in sli.
Bought em just before the TI's came out. From what I have researched, looks like ski might be going to the wayside.
If I had any bit of patience....I would have rather settled on the ROG strix TI.

 

So that strix is a good buy!

 

1080Ti > Vega for gaming.

Vega > 1080Ti for mining.

I'm buying a second 1070 for SLI. Since the X399 Threadripper boards can actually provide 2 x16 PCIE connections a lot of tests show two 1070s are better than a 1080Ti for gaming and GIS processing.
