TW Video Gamer's!!!

Good stuff! Really wish I had the time to get into GW2 or The Secret World, both of those mmo's look amazing.

 

Started in 1995 on the PSX/PSOne, got hooked on Gran Turismo 2, Syphon Filter, Metal Gear Solid and MDK. Played tons on the PS2 (GT3/GT4, Max Payne, Red Faction, Prince of Persia, etc). Bought an original XBox just to play Doom 3 and Half-Life 2. Now I play the crap out of my PS3, it only gets a day off when I'm out of town or at the GF's place... barely touch my X360... the PC is mostly for work and life management/internet browsing. I much prefer the feel of a controller for gaming, the keyboard makes my arms and wrists hurt after 30 minutes.

 

Awesome gaming history you got there. What games are you currently playing on your PS3 if you dont mind me asking.

 

i have an xbox 360, i play Gears of War 3 now, i use to play the first one like 8 hours a day or longer :/ seriously addicted, now i play maybe 4 hours a week

Ummm thanks... part of me wishes I could get that wasted time back, the other part of me knows it's a lost cause (since I still enjoy it so much).

PS3... mostly Gran Turismo 5, Resistance 2 & 3, Batman Arkham Asylum, sometimes a little Red Dead Redemption GOY edition (the one with Undead Nightmare and other extras). I own COD:MW (the first Modern Warfare title) but still haven't finished the campaign and I never got into any of the other popular online shooters. Resistance 3 campaign is mind-blowing, and a booming home theater is really helpful. Trying to get into Metal Gear Solid 4... too much story and not enough action. Kind of lost interest in Rage. Thinking about getting Max Payne 3.
EDIT: Just picked up F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin for PS3. So far, so good. It's not re-writing any books but it is entertaining.

BL2 cant wait man! Im getting Ac3 also. Dishonered looks pretty interesting also another game made by Betheseda. I sold skyrim stupid impulse choice at the time now that I look back on it. Feel free to add me on psn if you need any help!

 

I wouldnt call anything you enjoy alot a waste of time! I mean sure it kinda is not productive to your life in anyway. But I could say that about almost any other hobby people enjoy. Just depends how you look at it everybody has a different view.

All great games btw, Im also with you about MGS4 I havent even played it, the last one I did play was MGS3. And Rage I actually lost and almost had it completed. Still mad about it, cant find that dam game anywhere! lol

Currently im playing Borderlands alot due to hyping myself up about BL2! Also im going through playthroughs on Mass Effect 2 and 3 again. And for my fps addiction playing CS:GO really enjoying it atm especially with the added mouse and keyboard option now.
