Makes sense. I've been considering aftermarket systems mostly Haltec or Link but the FT stuff looks really nice. I like that they make all the sensors , injectors etc as well.

True they (Fueltech) are nice but they are really funny with the crank sensor from my experience with it. Also i am going to be using fuel injector clinic injectors they are “low” i dont need and injector driver and they are EV1 conector for a plug and play application in the engine. But in general in my opinion Fueltech is the best, Haltech is great but if i had to pick not using fueltech i would probably use Holley. Just because the Haltech is like an audi you need to buy all the extras.

    This is great.
We need some of the UAE guys on here that throw monster turbos on Yotas and launch up the sand dunes. A lot of knowledge of the 1GR FE out there that we miss out on. Anyone know Arabic?

May biased opinion is Haltech. Super easy to work with. Even a completely naive person to their software, can get driving in a short few hours. @BassAckwards

That they are easy to work with, their crank detection is A1 compared to the somewhat problematic Fueltech. I dont know about their customer support but I know Fueltech is great, most say its great because it has to be so I dont know at the end of the day is what you are more comfortable with.

Haltech's tech support is very good. They can will even remote in and help, if needed.

The only downside to the way they run them out there is they don't really give a shit about longevity - oil money doesn't care if they need a rebuild or replacement every time they take it out.

Haltech is a separate screen in the case of fueltech that is the ECU. Also fueltech can be submerged in water Ip67.
