Thanks man I just talked to the builder tonight and we're making a few adjustments, Adding some light tabs all the way around and a mount for my hilift jack

 

hi lift on the roof rack??..

 

not entirely. but on the uprights got the roof rack on the Passenger side
after adding two optima batteries and a full tank i have some mad taco lean

 

i bet..kinda why i am thinking of putting the aux battery on the pass side..

could add a small top spacer too. I guess thats what ppl do to try and get rid of it..

 

I have the 5mm spacer i would've put the battery on the other side but there isn't enough space

 

really?? huh..my dads has likes tons of room. Tho he has the URD true CAI which helps..

WOW! That area for the winch is huge compared to mine. Spacious.

 

On the drivers side behind the fuse box I'll post pictures tomorrow Unless you want me to email them, pm me your email and I can send them now.

 

the 4cyl air box is huge!!! and all the brake control stuff is on that side so it's either move the all that crap or put them were i did.

 

yea so was the 4.0. The CAI he has puts the filter right in front of the Rad. Its really nice actually. so that helped open up a lot of room.

Batter Isolator!




Winch wires up and both batteries, everything works perfectly




Had to cut part of the grill to get the cables behind the grill and to the battery and winch.




Finally all back together and the cable on the winch



And of course I had to drive up onto the rocks

 

they are raceline raptors

 

I only lost 1/4" of lift with the bumper, winch and dual batteries.... it's still stiff as hell

 

I was curious about your drive back also. My coils did not settle immediately either. 1/4" sounds about right to start with too.

Its been over a year now and the ride has steadily improved. Give it some time, yours will soften up. Wheeling it and flexing it will help too.

Are you planning to add skid plates? That will help as well.

 

I plan on getting some skid plates in the near future.
