Two noob questions.

Hey!
I was wondering if someone could tell me the bulbs that are used for the license plate lights? Can you get led by any chance?
My other question is what is the bar called that you can hook off road lights to that come out of the grill between the fog lights. A member on the board has them but I couldn't find what they were called? Does it have to be put where the tow hooks are? Is there any bull bars that maybe used that tow hooks in the front don't have to be used? Well, except for those cheap $140cdn ones that no one wants lol.
