Two Taco User Questions

13.6, wow. Do you ever use the instant MPG gauge? Something doesn't add up. Do you ever drive under 80?

 

The instant is the one that I am using.

13 miles to work on the 5 freeway at 72 five days a week.

 

Do you get a receipt for the gas? They tell you how much you bought.

 

Hello from the East side of Tampa Bay! ( Valrico area). I kinda think that saving on gas comment was supposed to be tongue in cheek. But then you never know!

Must be all that TV/movie/porn star socal $$$$ over there. They want to save the environment, then get in to their Rovers and private planes.

 

May I ask why anyone would run it down to 0. Go fill it up before you get to 0. You know you need gas and what difference does it make if 3 gallons is left in the tank when you hit 0.

 

I'm not sure how much my tank holds but last night the truck said I had "20 miles to empty" so I pulled in and got 18.63 gallons.

The gas gauge was about 1/16" from the E mark.

Kinda took me by surprise cause I figured I still had a couple gallons according to the gauge.
