Ok so since you have taken the lead please set time and place to meet! We should try and get the details organized today since you'll be on the road tomorrow. Will you have internet access once you arrive?

No internet really, I have to go to either mcdonalds or starbucks. and the reception for my stupid sprint phone comes and goes as it pleases in the Harlingen area, so using the internet on it is sketchy.

I really hate to sound like I don't want to make anything happen, but I have some things to take care of on saturday. Gotta get situated, visit mom, go visit sis, so a better time for me would be this Sunday.

So Sunday is a for sure thing for me. If you all agree for this Sunday, you all should set the time. :)

How long ago did you get the EZ grill? When I do a google search on EZ grill all that shows up is some disposable grill.

Damn my luck, I check academy for one just about every time I go but I've never seen it there before...

I bought it about 3 yrs ago. For some reason I can't find it online either. But I'm sure if you ask for it at Academy, they might help. I'll look for one at my local Academy.

On a cheap note. I also have several Char-griller grills. They make a Patio Pro (which is excellent) and they make a table top version that can also be used as a fire box for their larger grills. Anyways, you can always buy one of those (they have them at Academy and Lowes-always in stock and they are online) and have someone make you a hitch (L square tubing) and you've got a tailgate grill on the cheap. Patio Pros run about $60 and the Table Top $50 they are a good size grill and their grill grates are excellent. Get a friend to fab up some tubing and you've got one for under $100.

Good luck hunting for a grill. :D

Or heres an even better idea.......Char-Grill sells a Hitch Kit "Char-Griller 4747 Trailer-Hitch Kit" for $89 with free shipping from Amazon (I just picked one up with a Master Lock Hitch Lock for $100). This kit comes with a Hitch Basket and the L tubing Adapter for a Chargriller or any grill to hook up. Buy this kit $89 plus the table top grill $50 and you still have a badass setup (now with a basket for your cooler and firewood, etc.) for under $200.

Sorry for the thread jack but just giving you guys some ideas......on the cheap. Having a BBQ at the meet would be a good way to kill some time and have some good conversation.

I'll be in town this weekend....if you guys decide to meet on Sunday that might be a good time for me.........can anybody say "DIRTY AL's". :D:D:D

wow so for $50 more I have something that is going to last me forever and can cook for more people. It is honestly my every weekend pit for the past 6 years. I actually don't own any other pit. I bought it right after my I bought my Taco. To be honest I think it was $250 I really don't remember its been along time. It could have been less I just didnt want to under quote in case he was intrested in having one made for him.

Got my TacomaWorld.com decal in yesterday and I can't wait to put it on. I have had a set of KMC XD Series 17" Revolver rims wrapped in 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers sitting in my garage for about a month now. Today I just ordered my 6" Fabtech lift. Hopefully in 2-3 weeks I'll have everything on for Phase I of my build now that my truck has been paid off!
