I have been looking for tail light guards for my 3rd gen since purchasing it. I see that Tyger auto finally came out with some metal ones. As far as i know these are the only metal ones out there, and tyger has had good quality for me in the past. My issue is that the mounting of them looks weird to me. It looks like the tail light will be poking out from where its seated due to the mounts.

Has anyone used them? What do you guys think?

Here is a link to them on the site: https://www.tygerauto.com/pauldrons...tacoma-no-drilling-required-tg-tg7t86668.html

Amazon has them about $10 cheaper.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    Oh look, another mod....
Do you offroad a lot where there are a lot of tree branches/brush/limbs on the trail smacking into your truck? If not, these things would be kind of pointless to have.

I dont offroad a bunch honestly, but i do have the truck set up for it. I think cosmetically it would complete the look that I am going for. Was just hoping that someone had tried them and would be willing to give a thumbs up or down on them.
