With that wheel size, you're going to have to cut and hammer for pretty much any tyre you put on it.

So. The truck was designed for a 30" - 31" tire. With 16" or 17" wheels.

By using 20" wheels you now need low profile tires. That means shit ride and performance tires instead of offroad tires in many cases.

A 265/50/20 would be 30.4" which is roughly stock height. And a 265 width at stock height should not rub.

    In theory.

Better off leaving stock if you dont want any rubbing. As stated above, ride and performance will be much better with something similar to an OEM setup

There's more than one way to spell tire...no big deal

    tire2
    ˈtī(ə)r/
    noun
    noun: tyre
    1. a rubber covering, typically inflated or surrounding an inflated inner tube, placed around a wheel to form a flexible contact with the road.
      • a strengthening band of metal fitted around the rim of a wheel.

I guess a 265 should fit on a 9" wheel without issue. BS/ offset would be the next issue.

Might need to do a small lift to make any tire clear on 20s

These are my Black Rhino savannah 20" wheels. On some 275/45/20 Maxxis Victra Z4S. No adjustments had to be made. They ride nice.
