I, awhile back, picked up second hand the All Pro U-bolt flip kit and for my application and the U-bolts are too short. I need some that are at least 1" longer. Not sure how these things are measured so looking for some guidance so I can order some.

We made a print of one of the u-bolts in case we wanted run a thicker spring pack some day. I think it was an All-Pro, but don't have any record to prove it.

I remember thinking the .520 diameter was kind of weird - not metric or US standard either one. At our shop we usually order them by the inside length and inside width. Rod diameter to match the threads we want cut on it. I would use 9/16 bar (.563) to order one with 9/16-18 threads. I believe the Taco axle tube is 80mm (3.150) diameter.

Yeah thanks I stumbled upon some of those sites last night and went with. 3” inner 10” long at 9/16 thick went and had them bet and they fit perfect. Thanks again

Fortunate to have a spring shop close
