So I called the dealer today to see what size and thread the rear U bolts are. Since we have a large farm store intown that carries a very larege selection of U bolts. The dealer tells me there is no way for him to tell me anything about them. All he can tell me is there is the part number for them... I just laughed and said ok. Thinking to myself you have to be kidding. SO..... Can anyone tell me what size U bolts are the stock ones with thread size so I can look for some locally. I need extended ones so I can fit some shims in there to try and get rid of the vibes.

Get out your tape measure. Seriously, that's your best bet.

As for the threads, buy the nuts when you buy the ubolts so you know they'll work. Buy your u-bolts too long and cut off the excess after installation so you'll be sure of a proper fit.

Wow, you seriously spent the time to call the dealer, then hopefully search and not come up with any results. And finally post a thread here asking if someone else knows? From where I sit right now, it would take me about two minutes to find that out...do some work and let us know what ya find!

Well i was at work when I typed the post on here so crawling under the truck wasn't a option in dress attire and I was wanting to stop by the farm store on the way home since I had to be on that side of town anyway. I figured someone on here would have already bought new ones and had a clue of what to purchase.

I was able to try and measure this morning, I came up with about 7 inches long, about a 3.5 gap and 1/2 inch bolt size. Does this seem reasonable.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Then it is probably an M14 x 2 thread

    I think it's a 3" diameter axle.

EDIT: Nevermind. I forgot you've got the square bolts in the stock configuration. Carry on.
