Thought about that but dont want to make it permanent and have to buy another antenna if it becomes a problem years down the road when selling it.

I'm sorry but that roof rack is awful. My friend showed it to me on ebay or Amazon and I laughed. I'm glad you wrote a review on its quality.. I would never buy anything powder coated metal from a Chinese manufacturer (I deal with them often in my job, and it is skimpy on all fronts). The angle of that front fairing is terrible, the number cutouts on the sides and top are visual vomit. Between this, the PRINSU, and some other variants I didn't like any of them. I just designed my own, which is better than a PRINSU and whatever else I have seen. It took some time and effort, but it was worth it. I'll likely post a thread of it and relink it here tonight... stay tuned.

    Yes
You can just put a thin strip of stick on clear vinyl under where the rubber hits the paint and it will last for years.

I think you'll dig it.. I've been prototyping for the past 4 weeks. I am an Industrial Design Engineer, so a CAD junkie. I'll have high end renderings too. Should make for some nice eye candy! I looked at common flaws and some other overlooked things when designing it.. so we'll see how everyone likes it thus far. Just got lasercutting quotes yesterday, and waiting on waterjet quotes next week.

I knew it wasnt going to be the best thing around, but it was way worse than what I would have ever thought. Although now that everything is pretty much in place it is not bad and does its job. Just need it for the surfboards and paddle boards. And so far it has done its job with that. I figured I would have to do some stuff to it but now we have just pretty much rebuilt the whole damn thing.

Is it back in stock yet? Very curious. Can’t beat the price but you might get what you pay for.

Well the company contacted me and say they would give me 20 dollars for my troubles. They gave me 5 dollars and then said to removed the bad review to recieve the other 15. I am not removing the review and I find that to be complete bullshit.

Good for you to stand your ground. There is a lot of ppl that are/were interested in these racks. I was one of those ppl. I was about to pull the trigger and order one. Thanks to all your feedback I've changed my mind on ordering and I'm glad that you were able to share your review and thoughts on this rack or I would have purchased one and may not have been able to modify/ fix it to work for me. So thanks for your feedback and sharing your experience. Fuck that company for trying to buy you off.

I've been told they looking got info on how to fix the rack for the Gen 3
I've been talking to them about how to fix it for both trucks.
Right now I've mentioned extending the rack a few inches for the fin and moving the 5 th rail
