U-Haul won’t rent me a car dolly

I towed this 2005 Kia "Rio" 5 door hatchback cough Sedona cough on a U-Haul tow dolly about 40 miles of interstate across Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix to my place in Glendale.

 

Seeing as how the original post is from 3 years ago maybe they changed their policies because I’ve rented a uhaul dolly for pulling a bunch of cars with my regular cab Tacoma.

 

Id assume the uhaul car hauler is too heavy for a tacoma but ive seen a 3rd gen use it with a heavy AF delorean on it.

 

U-haul has a system in place that factors the trucks towing capacity. Yes, there are ways around the system. And I’m not going to tell you how to do it. I will tell you, if what you are towing and the truck you are towing it with don’t match the contract. You’re 100% liable for any and all damages.
