Hey guys, I have 2015 Offroad with 12k miles and about a week ago truck started making sounds that is close to old brake squeaking noise / bad power steering pump noise. it was not consistent but mostly when I push the car bit and letting go of the gas (truck leans fwd) and that's when it happens and once it does won't stop... and during my research i found out U Joints could be making noise so I mounted a gopro and recorded sounds from multiple points and it is coming from connecting shaft U joint.
Also both front and rear suspension is making squeaking noise as well...

Taking her into the dealer tomorrow and hopefully they can fix it and will keep you inform.

And I guess the other question is have you drive the truck through a lot of water?

Sounds like they just need grease. I'd shoot some grease in them before going to the dealer.... but that's just me.

So it sounds like you did go through some water...

The problem here is that many of us owners have found that the driveshaft u joints are under-greased from the factory. When you go driving through a shallow river, there is always a chance that water will get into the u joints, and in your case it may have been exacerbated by the fact that the factory grease in them isn't particularly plentiful.

The advice I can give to anyone who drives through high water is to become more aggressive about chassis and driveline lubrication. This means you should pump fresh grease into all zerks after each outing in water and pay attention to the CV axle seals and the rear axle seals. It costs practically nothing to do and ensures that you aren't ever going to run a bearing dry.

Kids these days...mounting a GoPro and taking it to the dealership instead of just grabbing a grease gun.

Is there a way to grease up the carrier bearing? Or does it have to be replaced?

Some guys have re filled w/grease by way of hypodermic needle but you need to make sure it is the carrier.. (OEM carriers are about $200 & change)

Toyota policy is to replace the drive shaft instead of just repairing what is broken / worn. They will do the same for a blown universal joint....

    Crazy.

Call me crazy but I often wonder if a lot of these guys are just abusing the hell out of their trucks (since that seems to be the cool thing) and then getting the repairs done free through Toyota warranty....
