Gimmick huh? Boy, you are an idiot. See below! 3 years in schooling
I can pull you the page(s) from an Industrial Fasteners Institute book on U-Bolts?
Been doing this for a long time, I sell to military and aerospace manufacturers you think I can BS them?

Oh, and I also sell to automotive companies some of which you probably have on your truck

I am AS9100/ISO9001 and Nadcap approved, I do not regurgitate the first thing that pops up on Google I did that so your pea brain could understand. I custom make U-Bolts in all shapes and sized, one of my drawings is below I have a lot of experience with them do you?

You sir, are a halfwit and refuse to admit you are incorrect... please do not give advice on this forum you are putting out false information that could be protentional dangerous. You have no proof, nothing to stand on and try and call me out? I could be ashamed if I were you and you completely embarrass the community

I will wait for your proof. Please, please please prove me wrong I will wait all day
Don't misdirect people, then get all pissed like a little school buy bitch when people correct you

I am getting excited, sorry about that I probably come off as an A-hole

Just don't see why people provide potentially dangerous information based on assumptions, they are provided the truth then just go "You're a Chad"

Follow the science, follow the experts and don't do dumb shit (unless beer is involved then screw it all!)

    I appreciated your knowledge!
It's good info! Saved me $60!

I think its the same with wheels studs. They tend to over stretch too!

Oh wow. They are made out of a completely different alloy(s)

In this case, it is the "ribs" or knurls that are malformed when pressed out or the hub assembly
Not when a wheel and tire are torqued on during a rotation you blind wanker use your head

Stop being a goon, man up and admit you were wrong

Ran the same U Bolts on my old crawlers for 7 years, with dozens of leaf swaps in between. U bolts never failed, everything else sure did though. U bolts are the last thing I've ever worried about breaking, but more or less just check them with every bolt check. Heck, my current rig now, I've had the same U-bolts off and on 6 times within the last year. Axle still isn't missing like the guys truck above who probably let his buddy who "knows" how to work on trucks work on it, and instantly took it wheeling without checking anything. Also, the "recovery" of that truck shows their knowledge of working on a truck and recovering it.

This is what's wrong with the world today. Idiots think their fee-fees are equal to expert opinion.

You’ve provided anecdotal “data” not empirical data.

The science would be mad if the pieces of metal held up for 7+ years of rollovers, hard abuse, leafs breaking, turbo motors with lots of power, and 500lb axles with 42" tires. They will handle repetitive light use just fine in these brocomas that have 31s and tall gears.

false…I’ve provided knowledge and inputs from reputable fabrication shops that have been wrenching for 30+ years….so, yeah. Not flashing credentials and posting diagrams that no one understands.

We all spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars on products we don't really need, but we won't spend $60 bucks on something that could be a huge safety issue or leave us stranded. Thanks for the information sucksqueezebangblow
