I have SPC UCAs and they're great. Plus I have my camber dialed in exactly where I want it to be too. They're more for alignment than droop, but you still get an extra inch or so of droop compared to stock.

I am in Texas where it's pretty dry and no salt is used on the road. Almost 100K on the TC uca's. Put in new uniballs probably 25k miles ago because I thought they were popping. Turns out it wasn't them lol. As far as the bushings, make sure to only do one pump of grease @ each zero when you lube them. Total chaos FTW

    Great looking truck btw OP!

Yes. It's time for me to replace my TC UCA bushings and uniball. I got 65K out of mine. Kind of in the same situation as Op.

This thread pops first for Total Chaos Uniballs. I live in the Canadian Rockies, so lots of salt, winter for about 7 months. Mine lasted about 50,000k, about 30,000 miles. Lubed regularly, washed same. OEMs all lasted me 80,000 plus, same sort of driving. To me 50Km/30k miles seems low. I really wonder if some sort of protective tent or sleeve would help,
the design definitely fills up with salt/grit. Pondering SPCs or others. Total Chaos about $250+ up here to DIY Uniballs and bushings each time, and I don’t expect the replacement intervals to get better...

    Another thread revival.

This is good to know. I'm planning on ordering the BDS UCA after talking with them at a local truck show.

The BDS website is severely lacking in user friendliness, searchability, and information. Not much information there other than price and part number. I found on some other websites that they are recommended for lifts between 2-3" and also with the BDS 6" lift kit, but not the 4". That said, I can't find anything about built in caster, but I assume it has it based on the 2 in 2-3". If no caster was built in, it would be 0-3". Right?

Just to quote myself here, I found the install instructions, which are well done with the exception of a couple misspelled words. Step 11 states:

"11. Arms give increased caster, a front end alignment is now required. Arms are not recommended for 0” of lift applications."

The more I look into these, the more I'm sold on them.
