Honest opinion here.... You're already 1,000$ deep and about to spend 200+ on springs. I would seriously consider returning for a refund and grabbing a set of good coilovers like king, fox, or icon.

I had Icons and they only lasted 2 years. Icon doesn't do rebuilds which I think is Bullshite. And their customer service is a dumpster fire.

There are a lot of other places that will rebuild Icons (or King, Fox, etc). 2 years for any performance coilover sounds about right to me, most recommend about a 10k - 20k mile rebuild interval if you use them off-road regularly. 40k or so if mostly street/highway.

Icon's customer service does leave something to be desired from what I've seen on here.

Agree the coil spring looks too short or not stiff enough. Try adding preload. If the spring truly is 740#, then adding preload should make a big difference.

Rough country said they would send me a coil spacer (band-aid) or refund me. I'm going with the refund and getting Kings, fvck it Whats a few thousand more diners.

Fox are also solid. Personally I would go with whatever you can get your hands on faster because a lot of companies are back ordered. You’ll want to call around.

    Yeah.
I'd personally do Fox or Kings over RC, but I would still do what someone suggested -- measure and make sure they sent you the right ones. They appear to have a 3", a 3.5", and a 6".

Accutune DOES NOT have any shocks for a 6in lift available anymore

King Coilovers is 10 months out for custom made coilivers. My only option is to have custom coils made locally and hope they work

I would try adding some preload to those before you jump to something else. It's worth the effort

Gotta have it due to the pro comp 6in lift I had done 12 years ago.

Is there another spring that could work? 6112 650#, Eibach 700#. I'd order springs and swap. Eibach ships out fast if you call it in.

Also did you max out the preload yet? Or just a few turns? Pics of current preload?

It’s sitting on the bump stops. That’s literally all that’s keeping it up right now. The coil is so close to bound as it is, simply put he needs a heavier spring no matter which way you cut it.

Which confirms that rough country "tech support" is a bunch of simps who don't know what they are talking about. 740 pound spring rate my ass.

That's all the adjustment I have left, about 4 threads. Trust me it ain't gonna so crap for my truck. The springs are so compressed I can't even get my index finger between a coil, and I have small fingers

Adding preload would be the other way. Looks like you are near topped out. In their photo online it's preload to the max.

    Yeah.
I agree that you might need stiffer springs, but I still think they sent you the wrong length shocks. While you are sitting on the bump stops, you've probably got a good 2"-3" or so of wheel travel left in those shocks (wheel moves 2x as much as shock). They just look too short to me. Putting stiffer springs on that pair of shocks doesn't look to me like it is going to get you back up to where your CV axles are level. But, that's just eyeballing from a long way away. You should measure and verify.
