Hi all. Thanks in advance for any help.

So installed a lift yesterday with JBA Offroad UCAs. went today to get everything aligned and found that there is wobble in the front wheels and vibration when braking between 20 to 30. Followed JBAs instructions and not my first time working on suspension but I dont know what went wrong. Any ideas.
Pictures probably wont help much but here you go:

please excuse the zip tie, bolt sheered off in the arm

It is hard to see in the pics, but is there a flat metal washer on the inner side of the control arm bushing? Seems like there should be and I don't see one. That will definitely make a vibration and wobble.

I don't remember there being one on the stock ones just the one on the outside. But I could be very wrong, could someone post a picture of their JBA UCAs

You are missing both inside washers.

    I wouldn’t drive like that

I have the newest version with OEM Bushings, and no zerks to keep the bushings greased and I don't have any washers on the inside. I don't believe they are needed if I am correct @Blackout14 or @Texoma

I am just going by what Marlin, Joe told me. @DrFunker you don't have washers on the inside do you? @BadDNA you just put these in as well do you have washers on the inside?

Thank you that is exactly what Marlin told me with the new OEM Bushing installed. Don't think it is any different for the 3rd gen.

Well the OP has zerks and non oem bushings so he needs the inside washers like shown in the install video. Without a washer on the inside the bushing will walk out of the arm.

It looks like you guys are right

Odd. My tc uppers require those washers and would be super loose without them

If he has the newest version with the OEM bushings which I can't tell if he does then he doesn't need them. Hard to tell though sorry wasn't trying to piss in people's cheerios.

Same ones I just did last weekend. 2 skinny washers go I side. 2 fat one's on the outside.

Might need a big lever to make it happen. My parts came with a set of instructions. Did yours happen to come with a similar sheet.

We’ve installed 6 sets to date, all had inner and outer washers.
